Our Premium Pool Cover Warranty
Overview:
Branded Manufacturing, LLC warrants its vinyl swimming pool covers to be free from defects in workmanship when installed and maintained under normal conditions. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and requires registration to be valid.
Warranty Coverage
If the cover is found to have a defect due to Branded Manufacturing's craftsmanship during the warranty period, the company will, at its option, repair or replace the cover. Coverage is prorated as follows:
All repairs or replacements are FOB (Freight On Board), and labor or installation charges are not included.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Tears, punctures, or rips (including those caused by animals)
- Damage due to improper installation or cover mishandling
- Wear from unprotected rough coping
- Alterations or modifications to the cover
- Acts of God or damage from external factors
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Any costs beyond repair or replacement of the cover itself
Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, the consumer must notify Branded Manufacturing within 30 days of discovering the defect. Notification must include:
- Purchaser's name and contact info
- Proof of purchase (order/invoice number)
- Cover serial number
- Two wide-angle photos of the installed cover
- One close-up photo of the defect
